Happy Holidays

Whenever I play ‘Jingle Bells’ on my car stereo, I feel the spirit to spread the holiday cheer. Yeah, it is wonderful!

Nothing feels painful and impossible and everything looks like a winning game. I started feeling happy for small things. The town Santa stopped by at our home and I was cheered up like a baby (of course, the baby was scared of Santa’s costume). I feel that no one can spoil my cheer and others are cheered up as well when they spot the spark in my face.

The Christmas decorations outside are so exciting. The town had nice decorations as well. When I go to the school for my fiddle, I rock on the roads as I feel the town made the decorations just for me. I wish to have open sleigh ride. Uh Oh,I do not think there are electric sleigh rides, I am not allowed to take a horse sleigh ride as it hurts the horse. Anyway, I just move on in my sedan. I am not that good of a fiddler but I still do little fiddle and diddle (who cares if that is awful or awesome, it is still a cheer up). A small grin on my face and a little drizzle on my skin, it reminds me of Natasha’s song, ‘Feel the rain on your skin’. Do we have time to feel the rain on our skins? Yes, of course we do have time. We just do not observe the tiny little moments and rush with our lives.

I got a book ‘Learning to Dance in the rain’ as Christmas gift from one of our VPs. The book is all about simple truths. The writing on the book says, ‘Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass…It’s about learning to Dance in the rain!’ Isn’t it wonderful ????

Tomorrow I’ll put on a red sweater with tulip brooch, a black skirt and a reindeer antlers to work. Yes it is allowed tomorrow… Tap my left feet and tap my right feet…..tap tap tap..…Let’s dance in the rain…Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas.
